If you are new to yoga, working with injury or simply wish for that one-to-one attention so you may have the chance to delve deeply into your yoga practice then the one-to-one approach may be for you. Traditionally, yoga was taught this way so the one-to-one sessions can be a wonderful way of authentically experiencing yoga as it was taught in days gone by.
